We work with all budgets. In general, Worlds of Wow projects start at 30k and can go up to several million dollars.

We are passionate to see spaces transformed for families so let’s talk no matter the size of your budget.

It all starts with a conversation. Give us a call or fill out the contact form and let’s talk.

We’ll work together to put together a scope of work and design fee to begin the Concept Phase. This is the Creative Services Agreement (CSA) that once signed, kicks off the Concept Phase.

On average, to go from an idea to a transformed space is a 6-month process. The specifics of each project may decrease or increase that timeframe. A million dollar plus project, for example, maybe a longer process.

Our simple 4-step process:

  1. Concept Phase. 8 weeks.
  2. Pre-Production Phase. 8 weeks.
  3. Production Phase. 6 weeks.
  4. Installation Phase. 2 weeks.

A Creative Services Agreement (CSA) is a document your Sales Rep will send you as a follow-up to your conversation. It defines the scope of work we’ve agreed to, the terms, and the design fee.

Signing this document kicks off the Concept Phase, where we start drawing out what your transformed space will look like.

A Production Agreement (PA) is a document your Project Manager will send you at the conclusion of the Concept Phase. It includes the approved Concept Package, the scope of work to transform your space, the terms, and the all-in price.

Signing this document kicks off the Pre-Production, Production, and Installation phases.

You’re going to love the concepts which means signing the Production Agreement will be a no-brainer. It’s the next step towards transforming your space.

We understand things happen though so, no, you are not obligated to sign the Production Agreement.

In general, no. We love that we get to use our creativity to dream with clients about what their space could look like and our expertise ensures that there is nobody better able to carry out the production.

The concepts created are the intellectual property of Worlds of Wow. If you would like to purchase the rights to use the concepts for production let’s talk.

We provide a one-year warranty for our installations.

Our relationship doesn’t end at one year. We are here to help you serve your community. Whether it be repairs and replacing parts or further design development.

Yes! We love the opportunity to present our work to the decision-makers. If we’re not able to then we will work with you to make sure you have what you need to present with confidence.

There are several points of contact through each phase and one consistent point of contact throughout the whole process.

During the Concept Phase, you’ll be working directly with one of our experienced Designers. During the Pre-Production Phase, you’ll be working directly with one of the detail-oriented Pre-Production Leads.

From the beginning of the Concept Phase to the completion of the Installation Phase a Project Manager will be available to answer any questions or address any issues you have.

Our production facility is located in Denton, Texas, where everything is designed, built, and shipped. You’re always welcome to stop by for a tour!

Anywhere that families gather is a space that we work with.

We got our start theming kids area at churches across the country and have grown into other markets as well. Museums, Family Entertainment Centers, Theme Parks, Medical Offices, and Military Bases are a few of the markets we work in.

We’ve even done a conspiracy museum with an alien sitting atop a Velociraptor.
