Inspire Church

You know you need help designing the ultimate kid’s church play area but don’t know how to get started? No worries, we have a seamless process from initial designs to enjoying your space. We make it easy for you to reap the benefits that come from creating the ultimate child-centered experience!

Our friends at Inspire Church in Houston, Texas had the challenge of tackling a new building project that included church classroom designs and a communal playscape. They knew that creating a place kids ask to go to have fun at church while learning about God was imperative to retaining and growing their church membership. They had plenty of details to iron out and needed help getting started. They heard about us through a previous project and learned more about us on our website.

After our initial discussion we met onsite to get familiar with the kids church space, hear more about their vision and style, and discuss the budget. They were thrilled to see their ideas begin to gain life through initial sketches. A few tweaks here and there and we had the production agreement ready to go. From there comes one of our favorite steps to share with clients - the drawings.

“It was thrilling to see our ideas come to life in the drawings!” said Mandi Davis of Inspire Church.

The project went into production and fabrication in the spring of 2019. We sent sneak peeks to the staff to keep them up to date on progress.

Rachele Nowling of Insprire Church said, “the snapshots of the 3D elements were really exciting to see.”

Then came the big day, installation and the Inspire Church staff couldn’t have been happier. “We had seen tidbits of the art and elements throughout this stage but seeing our design as it began to take shape was so gratifying,” said Davis.

The installation took about five days and they unveiled their new play area to their congregation on at a Grand Opening in May 2019. “The joy on the kids’ faces was uplifting!”

The new classrooms and playscape became the talk of the community and feedback from members has confirmed their decision to work with us.

“I think the kids spaces have changed the feel of the church from the typical designs you see to welcoming and inviting for kids. We have heard so much from parents (members and visitors) on how modern, colorful and beautiful the spaces are. Their only complaint is their kids don’t want to leave!” said Davis.

The church has also become a model for other local churches looking to upgrade or build new spaces. “We’ve had so many local churches touring our facility and several churches focusing directly on our kids areas” said Nowling.

We’ve worked hard to make our process seamless and informative. Let’s talk to see how we can help you.
